He was one of the 7 founding members of China’s tech giant Baidu (NASDAQ:BIDU) ”, where he spent more than 10 years overseeing the firm’s business units. In 2011, Shaw founded Unity Ventures, focusing on early-stage investment. With over 20 years of experience in the Internet industry and venture capital investment, Shaw has a deep understanding of technology trends and developed a strong network across the industry. Shaw has been recognized by Zero2IPO as Top 10 Early-stage Investors of the Year.
Zhenliang Xie previously led Alibaba’s open data team in search division, and served as etao’s senior product development expert. Before joining Alibaba, he led product development of Baidu Spider at Baidu’s search engine department.
Morgan Zhang was previously Director of Baidu’s M&A department, where he invested over US$2.6 billion on TMT, education, healthcare, Internet security and financial sectors. Before that, he was chairman of Baidu’s software product committee, and was responsible for all software business in Baidu. Prior to Baidu, he spent several years in Alibaba and Yahoo!, where he gained extensive experience on product management.
